Peanut Butter & Berry Protein Smoothie
A easy protein-rich peanut butter and berry smoothie.
Substances
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 handful greens (I like kale or spinach)
- 1 scoop peanut butter protein powder (I used Orgain Easy Peanut Butter Protein Powder)
- 1-1.5 cups milk of selection (I like soy milk)*
Directions
- Mix all substances in a high-powered blender.

*Regulate milk relying on how thick you want your smoothie
